These reports are made available to NJ CNA training programs courtesy of the State Board of Nursing. Please contact Headmaster for your secure pin number. Note: You must select a Date Range for your report and [mm/dd/yyyy] = today's date.

If you are an approved program with a number of instructors (a parent program), each instructor's individual report can be accessed using your program pin and the instructor's Headmaster training ID. If you use your "parent" ID you will receive a summary of all instructors.

Note: Results are only available for testing events whose payment has been processed.
